Technical receive items

I've been to two dungeons, in which I won the items but they still didn't appear in the blosa or in the mail, so I would like to know what could have happened? I know I won, I even have a photo showing that I won but nowhere did the item appear for me.

Do the pictures say you received loot, or just won?

Either you had no bag space, or you won something you can only have one of (unique).
