Has anyone else been getting really bad connection issues lately?

I started playing on Warmane last year and have chars in Lordaeron, Frostmourne, and Icecrown. Since about 2-3 weeks ago, I've had massive ping spikes and disconnects on all servers, rendering the game unplayable.

My usual ping is ~200 ms but nowadays, it ranges from 2k-5k ms. I've tried disabling all add-ons and restarting multiple times to no avail.

Have there been changes on the backend in terms of server location/config? Really hope to get back to having smooth gameplay.
