How many hours you reckon it would take at x7 XP to reach 55? Should you grind or quest?

Casually it takes me about 6-7 hours to reach 58 with most chars that I’ve levelled up in the warmane’s 7x servers, albeit including time spent getting professions up to speed, so if you skip them you can considerably decrease that time
