Technical Folder Doesn't Have Interface

Tried uninstalling and installing the file we have provided here on the page. I know the interface file is crucial for applying addons however my file doesn't have one and creating one for addon use dosn't work as well. What could be the issue?

I'm not sure about interface folder specifically, but some things are generated when you enter the game. So log your character once and see if it appears. Also make sure game has permission to create things.
