Resil vs Armpen Gems ARMS BIS WARR

So i have the following question , I'm FULL BIS WAR , Arms warrior- PVE off spec, . I would like to open up for discussion the following topic. I will also add my gear and some stats .

I only do Bg's and PVP . Im debating on changing all to armpen . Instead of Resil. Need your opinion to decide. thanks

63.88 % total armpen

If u do mostly bg then ofcourse better to go arp, especially that most battlegrounds are filled with dk, paladin and warriors with tons of armor.
As I own paladin and dk, from my perspective view only full arp warrior gives real threat, resil warrior are just annyoing but don't do real damage to me, they just slowly dying.

If I were you I would put more resil on pvp offparts and do another fast equip set to help you survive if you get focused too much or just wanna be tough front wall to save your casters.
