WotLK Need help with nameplate stacking

Hi, is there a way to have nameplates in 3.3.5 to stack vertically instead of overlapping themselves as they do currently. Really frustrating to play with the nameplates going all over the place and not knowing where the mobs even are half of the time.

in-game menu -> interface -> names -> disable "allow overlapping unit Nameplates"
