Does icc bonus 30% increased healing also appliest hp stealed from boss?
It says it steals 2200-2600 hp from target but in icc i heal bout 5k so does it steals 5k hp or 2,5k?

Are you asking how it works on Warmane?

enter in ICC -> hit an enemy npc which is busy fighting with a "friendly" npc > open the combat log -> you can read how much damage you are doing
