Spellcasting feels horrible, and affects gameplay

Hi,
I would like to give a complaint to the spellcasting on this server.
I've played wrath on many servers all the way back from 2015 and spellcasting on this server is, by my experience, by far amongst the worst.
I don't know if its the spellqueue, spellbatching or just ping/lag from the server or a combination.
OR if its made to save resources. This is probably not something that only affects me but with what i'd assume everyone playing.
I'm not an axpert on this area and I would kindly take an explanation to why it's this way, how it works and or if we can expect a fix on this matter, as it is from my perspective almost unplayable.

The same goes for reporting players, read this if you want to report someone in-game, or send a PM to any forum moderator to report a forum user.
