Technical Mine and my friends Characters just dissapeared

Hello, i login today into FrostMourne and to my suprise both of my characters just dissapeared, i checked on other realms but they werent there too. My 4 friends also lost their Characters, what happened? have they been removed and can we somehow recover them?

you need to "manually" move them to Icecrown realm:
https://www.warmane.com/account -> service
Select "Frostmourne - S2" as realm

btw weren't you guys aware that "Frostmourne" realm is designed to be resetted every 12 months? (that is way it is possible to keep using those old character only if moved to Icecrown realm)
