Technical Unprecedented Lag

Starting today, I can play for maybe 2-3 minutes at most before everything starts to hang; mailboxes don't open, everyone's running in place, my chat messages don't appear, etc. I checked my internet multiple times, ran a bandwidth test on my second monitor while watching everyone in Orgrimmar do the moonwalk, so it's not the internet. Any ideas on what the issue is / when it will be fixed?

My best guess right now is everyone is raid logging to do Naxx and it's putting extra stress on the servers, but the queue isn't much longer than usual.

Nobody else seems to be complaining about extreme amounts of lag. It's still possible something is wrong with your connection.

What's your normal latency, an how much is it now?
Do you use addons, did you try if disabling them all changes anything?
Does this only happen in crowded areas, or all around?

Im having that issue now too with lag. I load up for a min or 2 then all the mobs wont load in and i cant interact with anything. I have to close the game and wait in the que again to get in for the next couple of minutes. Originally my latency said it was high in game but outside of the game it was really good with other games and other programs. I reset the internet and the computer and made sure the firewall had an exception for the client but still no change. Also Im not using any additional addons yet that didn't come with the warmane download. Now it says my latency is either 0 or 116 but still no change in loading enemies or letting me interact with anything that I do see, the towns are empty and then it kicks me and Im dead.
