Porblems downloading/running wotlk

I can't use the standard download button in the download section, since im on the school network neither can I open the Bittorrent file.

I tried to use this link to download the game with mega:

have you downloaded all the files to run installer.exe?

32GB USB + "standard download button" + a few minutes of copying = profit.

I've made some progress. I can start the game now, but instead of letting me create a new char, it just says updating 0% adn then tells me i need to restart the game to apply the update and that the game cannot be updated since it's the latest patch.

I'm gonna try submit a video recording...
