WotLK NEED ADMIN HELP "stuck" in instance on FROSTMOURNE

My character was in an instance when it broke apart my character seems to still be tied to it, however i'm not actually in any group and im not in an instance.

No one else can invite me(it says i'm in a group)

I can't invite people(it says they arn't in my instance).

I can't join RDF(It says i have group members that are either AFK or Offline, i don't)

I have no leave group option when i right click my unitframe

I have no RDF icon on the minimap to "teleport out of zone", regardless my character is in Tanaris.

I have had my clients closed completely out for over 20mins, and i've done a full restart of my PC since then as well.


Please help.

I ran my toon in to an instance, had another person enter the same instance ungrouped. Doing this allowed us to group and then join the RDF where upon it put us in an instance and cleared it all up afterwards.
