Lordaeron Missing character

Hi,

I haven't played on warmane for years. Now when I logged in my characters are gone. Is there any way to restore them?

1. When did you play last time?

2. Did you look for your character just on website or even in-game by logging with a client?
If no characters are showed on website -> it means they are flagged for a rename. So you need to log with client to set new names

3. Is your account premium?

4. What level were your characters?

1. Last time was when this server was called Molten
2. I logged in with the client and nothing is showing.
3. I dont think so.
4. 2 were maxed, and other alts

Are you sure you were playing on Lordaeron? (it is the x1 realm with "harder PvE content)

your account is form 2011, so you have experienced the "molten-down", which caused the lost all characters (around january 2015)

The current "Lordaeron" realm has been launched on September 25, 2015 and the server was already named Warmane.

Btw to find out what has happened to your characters you may open a ticket on website if your account is premium (if not premium you may send an email to [email protected] instead)
at 99% nothing can be done tho
