Lordaeron The hell happened to my characters?

Hello, just logged in for the first time in a long time and was met with a completely blank character screen. I had a level 79 destro lock, a level 80 dk with like 4.2k gs and a few other ****ty characters I'm pretty baffled as to how they all just disappeared. I checked to see if they finally migrated frostmourne characters to icecrown but that hasnt happened yet apparently. Did something happen to inactive accounts that I'm not aware of? Like I said I played only on the frostmourne server and only had characters there.

If you were on S2 > go to my account > services > Frostmourne s2 > free.
If not, your "deeply loved" characters were left for more than a year without any attention thus you've lost your chance to transfer them
