WotLK Game Freezes but doesnt when i use VPN?

Hello everyone!

I have an interesting problem... When i play WoW my game freezes after some time when i'm in a raid or dungeon or browsing auction house. During this freeze i can cast spells and they go through, my friends can see me casting but for me the game is frozen in place.
The interesting thing is that if i use VPN everything works like a charm no freezes nothing.

I have tried using old Wotlk download from the web, hd version, addons on, no addons, using LAA (Large adress aware), fiddled with ingame settings but nothing works except VPN...

So my question is does my provider blocks something that makes the game freeze during raids, dungeons, auction house browsing or is there something else i'm missing? And has anyone had something like this happen also?

Yes. it happens all the time. and most importantly - it happens in the arena! every 15-20 soloq arenas, someone freezes (not only me has a problem) and crashes out of the game. the system considers that you left the arena and gives you -36 rating like for 3 looses. insanely annoying.
