Site Password reset not working

Hello, I have 2 old accounts that I tried accessing recently and for some reason the password reset doesn't work, I get no email in my inbox. (checked all folders & spam)

I also tried creating an account using the emails and it says the emails are used so the accounts must still be working.

I donated on at least one of the accounts, I also tried creating a ticket but the only category present is Ban appeals.

What can I do?
