Account would only be retrievable if you did the, conversion/rename after the moltdown.
You could see if https://www.warmane.com/account/retrieve would provide any help. I doubt that though.
Characters and point items are gone. Coin items too, as Warmane did give people time to get their (compensation) coins, but that too expired several years ago.
