Site Haven't Received Coins From Donation

I donated for coins more than 14 hours ago and still have not received my coins. The payment went through almost immediately. I have a ticket in on the website but haven't received a response on it either (12 hours). Anyone else have this problem? and/or know what i should do to fix it?
