Greetings. Something is wrong with my account. I play 10 different characters on one account, I play a lot of BGs, arenas, soloqs, but I didn't get any scroll for transmog. When I played on another account, I often received these scrolls for victories in BG and in the arena. Pls help me

It's low drop % and how often or not you receive them is purely based on RNG.

It's not about that. I played on another account for about a year and got at least 1 transmog scroll per day. But on this account, which I created about 5 years ago, I started playing again after 5 years and in 3 weeks of constant play I did not get A SINGLE scroll.

1 scroll a day sounds very lucky. I usually got 1 scroll every 2 weeks when cleared icc25, toc25 and Ulduar25 every week. I guess bgs should have lower chance than raid bosses since they can be done infinite time.

You're correct, they have a lower chance and for the reason you guessed. Initially only Raids had a chance for Scrolls to drop, and when they were included as a possible reward in Battlegrounds we obviously took in consideration limited weekly lockouts vs. repeat as much as you like.

I assume and some people have also mentioned that battlegrounds have some sort of cooldown regarding how many scrolls they give. I think once a week.
