WotLK Gearing question

Heyo guys,
I recently finished leveling my first char on Icecrown. I play a feral dps, this is my char https://armory.warmane.com/character...ecrown/summary

I've been grinding the Knights of The Ebon Blade, Sons of Hodir, Wyrmrest Accord and Argent Crusade to exalted to get some gear to finally join random HC dungeons.

Now i've got about 70 Emblems of Triumph and I'm wondering in which order I should purchase which gear.
Thanks if anyone has a list or can give me some help in which order I should spend the emblems on.

Tier 9 hands and shoulders? It would bump your items good amount by going from 187 to 232.
