WotLK Muting Orcish

Hello. Does anyone know if there is a way to mute all of the people yelling in Orcish in Dalaran? What is the point of being able to see it other than spam? I can't even see messages because they are instantly buried by all of the red gibberish.

Now, just to be clear, I know how to mute yells but I only want to be able to do it to the opposite faction. If there is no way to do this does anyone know of any addons that do it? Other people have to be just as annoyed as I am about this so I feel like there has to be something out there.
