What;'s the Tier List for top DPS in PvE/PvP?

WoTLK Classic is dropping soon and i've seen countless tier list videos but I wanted to ask the Warmane community themselves what will be S tier across all stages and what classes are not viable at all.

Same question for PvP, I know come ICC the only meta comp is Shadowmorune warrior or LSD but throughout the seasons what can we say is a S tier class or comp.
