1. Two factor authenticator removal request not sending the mail

    The data on the phone in which I had my google authenticator app was reset and thus lost access to my main account on the website, I tried to remove the authenticator factor using my account name and it says that
    "Two-factor authentication removal request has been sent to the registered mailbox." but I don't receive anything
    I also double-checked that it is the correct mail and made sure that it was not sent to spam or anything of the sort.
    Is there any way that I can remove the TFA?
