Frostmourne DK tank for ulduar

Working on my gear list to go for through ulduar. Does anyone know how valuable 4set T8 would be or any value on the damage reduction for using AMS?

For anybody wondering what was tank's T8 4piece bonus:
It's actually 10%, not 1%.

10% every 45 secs, or what ever was the CD on AMS. You usually use AMS to reduce magical damage, having "small" physical damage reduction there too feels rather small, but still added, benefit. Not to mention if AMS gets eaten within a second or two, it would only reduce damage of one or two attacks while fighting a boss.

Physical fights it would be used for direct 10% reduction for the full duration of AMS, as no magical damage gets absorbed by it.

But I don't do much, if any, tanking with DK. So I recommend waiting somebody to either validate my thoughts or debunk them fully.
