Lordaeron Does Captain Sander's map drops in Westfall?

Killed ton of murlocs - no sign of it(

I had it drop twice within 5 minutes of the first murlock I killed.

Edit: on ICECROWN tho, I guess it should be no different for Lord.

Thank you for the answer, already got it few days ago, took at least 100-150 murlocs to kill (little ones btw, near the bridge to Elwyn Forest).
