Lost drop because full inventory.

I just won a roll on (Signet of Edward the Odd)(ID 44308) at OCULUS. I didn't realize I had full inventory and the corpse dissapeared with it. Is there any way a GM could check this out inside the logs or guide me to solve this. I would like to have the ring!
