I had an account on Molten which now I can't access, the password reset or "forgot account name" email doesn't come through. I'm sure the email address is correct because I found the previous emails from Molten in my inbox. What could be wrong?
In case it matters, I had a warlock named Tuul with [Phylactery of the Nameless Lich] that I bought with Molten coin handout after the meltdown.
