WotLK Sorry, unable to refund that item.

I accidentally purchased an item that I didn't need, I realized it immediately and tried to refund it instantly but it can not be refunded .
I did not gem/enchant or even wear it, the timer is still within the 2 hour limit.

I am unable to refund the item and every time I try to do so I get an error message "Sorry, unable to refund that item.". (Screenshot link bellow)
The item cost me 95 EoF and it going to be a massive waste of my time if can't refund it.

I tried making a ticket about this obviously but all I got was a generic NPC response " Sorry we can not do nothing about it". I don't see how this is an unsolvable problem when it is so simple .

Happened to me once, try to disable all addons and put it in the main bag.
