Technical crazy lag in game and site

Hello i'v been having this crazy lag for 2 days now everytime i am either in a bg or raid i start lagging really bad and the lag starts only when i start dpsing the boss in raid and in bg the lag starts only when i start hitting sometimes i lag before i even start hitting players in bg's and first i though it was my internet but when ever i try to open something else like goes into youtube or open a movie or even go to a random site in google it loads fast and right now i tried to log into the site first it took too much time of me pressing the logging button it didnt take me to the page where i put the code to log in unltill i reloaded the page and after i put the code in and pressed login it didnt log in untill a much more later time idk what to do can anyone help me plz

Disable recount/skada. See if that helps.
