Technical Impossible to log-in after my box crashed

Hi,
I was connected and pxing, then i accepted an invite to join a dungeon.
When i was landing in the dungeon, my internet crashed.

Now, when i log back to wow, i cant join the server neither my chaman.
Name of my chaman is Simbeal
Server Icecrown

I restarted my game multiple times, i restarted my computer but i think my chaman is lost in the middle of nowhere.

Also, i tried to create a new character on a different server and log in! what happened was weird (see screenshot) i was 80 and lost, couldnt do anything


i did try to unstuck through services, but it didnt resolve my issue

When you unstuck, it said "character revived and teleported to your Home location!", you log in game and it still is in some "nowhere" ?

and it has nothing to do with Blacktock, that realm is completely different.
