If this doesnt qualify as disrupting gameplay then I'm not sure what does.
Hunter's afk with their pets on aggressive in low level quest hubs for hours on end literally making it impossible for people to play and level.

1. Call for help, there are ALWAYS some bored pvp enjoyers or vigilantes who will aid you.
2. Try other route
3. Log your main and kill him
4. Rdf + professions
5. Log off and enjoy real life.
Why one of key WoW features should be bannable because some folks refuse to accept rules and/or used to singleplayer games where they are almighty supreme beings?
Brother, 1, 2 calls in /gchat and its enough for 2-3 peeps to save you... and yes I get it, its sometimes sooo obnoxious being camped as a low lvl but its also a PVP server...what do you expect... we smack each other's faces... You should've seen wow back in the proper vanilla days... those were proper tilts... getting camped in STV by 5 undead rogues and you couldn't make it to your quest giver...

nope.
2. Try other route
they camp all level 30 quest hubs
3. Log your main and kill him
even if I had bis pvp and could, 5 more would show up
4. Rdf + professions
what?
5. Log off and enjoy real life.
this is not a solution to the issue

because it's not really in the spirit of fair play for level 80 bis pvp chars to be camping low levels
If you're talking about that night elf hunter that gets up on top of the chapel in Tarren Mill(Not the roof of the chapel, but the tower roof that extends up past the chapel roof) out of reach of spells/death grip and stays shadowmeld. Yeah I don't understand why Warmane allows blantant exploiting like that. Not to mention if you DO kill him, he brings a 5 man BiS priest multibox to camp low level 28 hordes.
You can reach that place with levitate (and perhaps in other ways). Any class can levitate with the help of a friend, with noggenfogger, and other means.
It's still a place you're not suppose to be, therefore is an exploit. Using priest levitate to walk on the side of mountains, is also considered exploiting/bug abuse.
Tell that to that night elf hunter that was getting on top of orgrimmar using priest levitate and sending out his pet to camp the flight master nonstop.
Ans by you implying "no and no" so you're also saying it's okay for priest to use levitate bug while carrying flag in Warsong gultch and be unattackable(Like this night elf hunter is doing in Tarren Mill to use his pet to camp lows in aggressive move) Wow, you're a forum veteran?
if you think someone is exploiting than report them for exploiting. pvp is pvp, regardless of level. don't like it? go play frostmourne/find another server.
