Technical I donated for the wrong item on accident

I donated for the wrong item. I accidently bought "Sanctified Ahn'Kahar Blood Hunter's Spaulders". I returned the item via mail in hopes of getting my coins back for the accidental purchase but I did not get my coins back. I was just looking to get a refund on my coins so I can buy the correct item, again I do not have the item because it was returned via mail.
