Suggeston: Please make Suggestion and Changes forum for suggestions! After reading the rules for this section, I honestly can't tell what types of suggestions are allowed here, seems they are all blacklisted!

It is for suggestions. If you can't suggest something that will fit in rules, you had no suggestion at all. Only your own "wish" that seemed like great idea or yet another cryout for balance changes...

Well see, I can't suggest that warmane change something in the game because that falls under custom "Content" anything that didn't exist in WotlK orginally is "Custom content' so I just need help understanding this forum, so you could help me with some ideas of "Suggestions" that are allowed here? Just trying to better understand that rules, that's all.

There is difference between Content and Quality of Life changes. Take into account how troublesome it will be to implement too. What you might want to suggest could be already mentioned.
I'd say that amount of threads here almost perfectly correlates with amount of times staff had facepalm reading them despite obvious rules...

I see, but I still need help understanding, what sort of quality of life improvements? Fixing a class? Quest? Etc?

You can check all threads posted here. If they haven't been deleted, they are reasonable suggestions, more or less.

Class and quest fixes should go to bugtracker.
One example suggestion could be something in lines of: "If possible, can we change names of Glyphs to match their slots? E.g. Major Glyph of Beacon of Light, Minor Glyph of Slowfall. At the moment they are both named Glyph of Beacon of Light and Glyph of Slowfall respectfully. This would help to differentiate the slots they go for, and it would also help with Auction House browsing for either a Major or a Minor slot. It's a small 'upgrade', but I think it would be a nice QoL feature to have."
That's just an example. Then the staff and/or players can give comments about the suggestion. Players might agree or disagree, and staff can comment with either "suggested before and denied every time" or "client limitations don't allow this to be implemented". On rare cases, the suggestion gets at least forwarded. As said previously, majority if the suggestions gets denied, because some of the suggestions are just bad, abusable, exploitable, too custom to fit Warmane's servers.
