Realms Forced PVP for player when city is rattacked

Wouldn't it be great if players were *actually* bothered by city raids? If 40 or more Horde players enter Stormwind (or any other city) all Alliance players should be automatically flagged for pvp regardless of their level to force them to react this situation. Fight or flee to save your life, it would make the city raids actually feel impact for both factions involved.

There's really no point to attack cities when everyone can just ignore you, the only thing you can do is kill some NPCs but most of the time even that doesn't make them care about your presence.

Go and join AV as your 40 horde raid, lil PvP enjoyer. Or you are afraid that your cheeks will be clapped by Alliance PvP raid?)
But seriously, if you can't see all toxicity of such enforcement, better restrain from further suggestions on forum
