WotLK Missing characters

Hello.
I am an old fan of WoW and of Warmane too.
My account is created since 2015.
I paused with playing 2 years, and i decided to come back.
Yesterday when i logged in to my account i saw that my character Nelphie is missing.I think i had other characters too but i can't remember right now cuz i was busy last period. I played on Icecrown Realm.
I checked RECENT HISTORY (View full history) and i saw in IP Addresses that someone logged from Russia, which is not my region and deleted my characters or dunno what he did.
I spent many hours playing WoW on this server and i think this is not fair.

"Authentication requested" does not mean "Authentication successful"

How do you know your characters have been removed? Have you checked in-game, or just the website?
