Technical Two Factor Authentication problem

Hello,

I have Two Factor Authentication turned on on my account. And every time I log in from my place it is not asking for authentication code, only when I log from some other IP.

Now, I changed my internet provider, and my IP address. And it is asking for my authentication code EVERY TIME. It is REALLY annoying.

In my e-mail it says "Your Warmane account: Access from new browser or location", so it means that it shouldn't ask when I log-in from the same IP address.

I made in-game ticket and GM told me that it is normal and that is what the Two Factor Authentication is. And I know it isn't, since it started happening only when I changed IP

Does anyone else knows any solution since GM I contacted was probably new :)

My brother made an account 2 days ago, he donated yesterday, and now he turned on Two-Step, and it asked for Authentication code only once, and thats all...as long as he is on the same IP adress, its all ok.

Now I know 100% that it is not suppose to happen. :)

Like they say in tech support for starters: have you tried turning it off and on again?

Just did it, and it didnt help. Tho it stopped asking for Two-step on site, but still asking every time in-game :( And thats actually the only part I need not to be asked about :)

From the information I received, you are under a dynamic IP address that seems to change quite often. You have received new authorization requests every 12-24 hours because you were under a different IP each time. Not sure about what you say about a brother's account since you didn't provide a name for it to be checked and compared to yours.

I have the same IP address for last hour, I was checking. Still then, it shouldn't always ask for authentication, but every 12-24 hours :) Will call my internet provider and check on it. Thanks for all the help. Will try to resolve the problem, if not gonna contact you again! :)

Now I see, the IP address I log-in is different from one I am on, thats strange. Hope I will find the solution.

Edit: My brother doesn't play from my place, so we dont have same internet provider.

If you want to make it not ask when logging into game client, go into your WoW file location and make the whole entire biggest folder NOT READ-ONLY, right click your biggest wow folder and go to properties, Read-only is probably checked so uncheck it and it should stop but for me I can't fix the site authentication bcs I'm logging daily to collect the points, it's probably the same type of problem, there is a permission missing somewhere that is not allowing it to REMEMBER your location so it has to ask every time I just can't seem to find it in my google settings... I hope my solution for game login works for you
