Site Can't download through magnet uri

When i try to download through magnet uri it doesnt appear to go to torrent and just doesn't download it.
When i download it through coppying the magnet uri and put in torrent its all good but when i try to log in it says that a patch needs to be made and after a while it tells me that it couldn't do the patch and to message the support

You have to log in using your accout name not your email.
