Technical Retrieving my account

Hello,

it has never happened to me before, but I am in the situation that I can't neither remember my account name nor the e-mail I used to create the account. I have tried to send password recoveries to the e-mails I got, but I received nothing. I have also tried to check my characters in the armory but I found nothing. Is there anything I can do as a player who is trying to come back?

Hi, again.

Just when I thought I could enter again to my account and start enjoying the server again, I got a message informing me that I was banned. Doing some research I discovered that it was because I was using a (free) VPN. It has been 4 days since I sent an e-mail to [email protected] to recover it back (hopefully I can).

Now that I have the time to think I would like to ask you guys if there is any solution to it, if I want to play with a free VPN. I am in dorms from a university, and I can't play if it's not with a VPN. Any ideas?

With a free VPN, doubtfully. They have long since been banned after being abused by bots, advertisers, etc. Even if you found one that wasn't, it could probably be just a matter of time until it went the same way.

Wellp, I will keep track of this thread from time to time if anyone comes with a better idea.
