Hello, im writing to you because i dont have any response to my bann appeal for 13 days. My guildies open bann appeals from their accounts for me and they were answered that I should do the same as them and make a bann appeal which I had already done. ?hey were answered the same day and I've been waiting for 13 days now. It is normal ???

In some cases, yes it is normal.
As I mentioned in many previous posts, there was a banwave on 2.11.2022 where many people were banned for buying coins from 3rd party, meaning Warmane probably busted a big BOT network which was providing coins on 3rd party sites, so you are most likely amongst ones to whom they tracked coins from these networks.
You won't hasten things up by making this kind of thread here, if anything you'll piss off forum mods which will eventually lead into a ban from posting in here. There is nothing you can do for now, but to wait it out.
