Technical Trying to get my old account back

Am trying to get my old account back since i donate with it but when i use the option to retrieve my username its doesnt send me the email like there were no account but when i try to create it its says an account already link to it thanks to help me

I think switching email to new one won't make the old email available to make second account. So that's probably why you're not allowed to make a new account under that email.

Since this is account issue, you need to send email to [email protected]. Prepare to provide evidence of account ownership, as they can't just give the info you seek without verifying you being the account owner.
