    My account is blocked, but it's not blocked!

    My account was blocked before yesterday and after opening a ban apell ticket my account was unblocked, I even played a little bit today, however, now at night I'm trying to join the server and the same "Account blocked" message is appearing, however , on the server's website my account is normal, without any blocking message, what is going on???
