WotLK Am I going to get banned?

Please consider that I am relatively new player to WoW and barely done any raids.
So today I got in raid and rolled on an item that I needed and I won it leader gave me the item after that one of the raid members offered insane amount of money that I could use for other items gems etc. after the trade guy said FU chill bro u good and logged out
does this count as ninjalooting and should I expect ban?

from a moral standpoint, if you need on an item you're gonna use as an upgrade. then you should use it as an upgrade. trading it away for gold would be considered under Greed.

however. with the intention that it was an upgrade. and you won the need roll. the item is technically yours to do with as you please. I know certain people who purposely dont upgrade their gear to BIS so that they can need on stuff in pugs, and then wait until after the raid has ended, to just DE the items. which in my opinion is a ****tier move to do.

dont see how this is a bannable offense. you won a need roll for an upgrade. the items is technically yours to do so as you please.
