WotLK Character stuck and cant unstuck

Hello!

My character is stuck as a ghost on the ground and i cant interact with spirit healer or use the "unstuck" command. When i try i get the text "you are mounted"

i died in wintergrasp and my ghost got teleported first to the mountaintop behind wintergrasp and when i relog my ghost is stuck at the feet of the Ymirheim spirit healer

is there a chance to solve this?

got help to ress my char and now its fine
