WotLK Why did i get ban?

hello i looking for the reason i get ban? i play on lordaeron on leveling and try to share some recipe with all my faction (H²) i'm so shocked, i just want to know why, or where i can see the reason. it's the 2nd time about a ban, (maybe the 1st was for ninja and i understood) but now i don't even know. Please tell me what i do that make me ban please.
