Site Can't make ban Appeal

I've tried to make a ban appeal for a bot networking ban, which I did not commit, as I have never played on warmane servers before, but I can't because the "existing bans" dropdown does not show any bans at all.

I hope we can have this matter sorted soon.

idk why but it takes some times about 1-2h befor the site let's you do ban appeal eventho you are banned already.

to the botnetwork ban, it's a warmane new feature i suspect to see how many people have multiple accounts, they will lie and tell you it's your fault and to not use a vpn... think about it want you may, just a heads up

You solve Botnetwork by just making full log-out and log-in. I got it today myself, took 10 seconds to solve. No need to appeal

I think I'm misunderstood. I've never made a Warmane account before, and I had to do it now through a friend, who is helping me ask around here aswell.
I was IP banned without ever making an account. And I can't even appeal the ban, which is why I'm asking for help here.
