Rogue sap problems

Hello,

I have this issue which appeared recently. I'm sub rogue and I'm using the sap talent which allows you to sap the target from a bigger range, but suddenly that talent doesn't work anymore.

Anyone knows how to solve it? Or maybe has the same issue?
