Scrolls in Lordaeron shop

there isnt much in the shop of Lordaeron but i saw some scroll. 4 scrolls if im not wrong.

Can anyone eplain how it works ? I believe its for changing the apearance of items, or am i wrong.

Scroll of Deception replicates the appearance of item, Scroll of Purification to remove transmog from item, Scroll of Translucency to hide the item and
Scroll of Illusion for legendary item xmog.

You can get Scroll of deception in pve raids on boss kill and in pvp by winning bg or arena, with a very low drop rate.
