WotLK My bag items have disappeared

About 2 days ago I lost two Heroic axes with icc 25 Scourgeborne Waraxe. i reported the problem in game but did not get proper help. the axes died overnight they were not sold or thrown away they just disappeared from the bag.

There's no support for this scenario. Unless you bought those on the store, but that's a big maybe.
