Site You must have 10 characters active on a standard account error in website

Hi, as the title above.

These characters were stuck since I transfered to icecrown from Frostmoune 1 since around 14/4/21.

Was hoping the earlier icecrown characters toon to be deleted so i can bring these in.
But still having the same error and only one survived still.

As I am new to the server that time, I created toons in different realm (icecrown and frostmoune) while waiting for Frostmoune to launch.

Hope to hear from you. How I can retrive these characters back.

Also, as i login, the cleanup already done the lower levels recently this year. But still it doesnt solve this isssue after waiting for years.

I just need 3 of my geared toons to be active but I dunno how to do the steps, I dont care about the lower level toons anymore which is not there anymore.

It's working as intended. Barracks exist for cases when an account would be forced to have more than 10 characters for some reason, like a Frostmourne season ending or one server merging into another. You only have one character active in Icecrown, so you can't make use of Barracks, you need to have 10 characters in Icecrown to access it like the error message says.

I simply can not comprehend what happened here. You wanted to transfer three level 1 characters from FM, so you had to make six more characters on Icecrown?
