    Lag only when I move my mouse?

    I was playing for a long time last night and had to afk for a bit. When I came back I was at the char select screen. Upon going back into the game I had really bad lag/stutter, but it only occurs when I move my mouse. Even on the sign-in screen this happens. I have a custom cursor app for my PC, but I turned it off and it is still happening.
